A: It is a semi-heavyweight gloss paper for 8x10 and 5x7, semi-heavy-weight luster for 11x14 and larger sizes.
Q: Are the images cropped when they are printed?
A. No, they are printed as you see them on the web page, and are borderless.
Q. Are sizes other than 16x20 available?
A. Yes, but you need to email your request.
